The tutorial mission is really a piece of cake. It is hard because we don't know how to do some tricks, especially Slalom. But this mission, pure luck and skill.
The difference is that by the time you do this mission, you are more accustomed to the game, having mastered the driving, techniques and controls having played the entire game. Plus it's the final mission, so it's difficulty is somewhat justified. The Tutorial meanwhile is the FIRST MISSION, where people have zero experience, barely know any of the tricks and throw people in the deep end even though they don't know how to swim.
Plus as well in the Main Menu if you go to the Training option and select Car Park, you’ll be given a demo vid of how to do the Car Park mission itself before you try it out.

Survival mode in disguise, except either it's not the undercover camaro or that one car from the mission "Luther's Heap o Junk (also in Take a Ride Mode)
i got stuck in this stupid mission for like a month or something... man that was annoying :p but good that back then games use to challenge you , now they make it easy to sell easy to noobs

My 6 year old son is playing my old copy of Driver lol, I forgot how rage inducing this level was until we got to it. The best part is still the president's "nice driving, son." Awesome job btw on this mission!
I know its the final mission but what where the devs thinking giving the AI cars speed boost lunching your car 10-50ft in the air, getting rammed by the same car every 4 second and other cars lunching them selfs at you, no other mission dose this.
After almost 24 years I play it back last week, I finished the tutorial at my 3rd try but this mission stays like pain in the ass for me. Its took 5 days of trying to finish it. I dont know maybe my response is not like the same as a kid but also in that period I struggled to complete it. Hah, last thing I want to say sorry for the game developer or programmer for insulting you after those years ;)

I did dig deep in the PC Version mission and I swear to god in President's run file I swear to god like no joke seriously there was a mode turned on named Bitching mode

I think you got a little lucky there. From what I recall you had to have an almost error free run to have a chance and if you took any hits crossing the first park then you might as well start again. It was so hard, so frustrating but so rewarding when you finally completed it! 😄 I want to know if anyone completed it first time. 🤯
Find the clue is an absolute joke compared to President's Run with hard mode cop AI. It's by far the hardest mission of any Driver series game, nothing comes close.

You are right they are either medium or easy but not the Taxi thing Infact the cops and mob will not start tailing you until the timer hits 8 seconds as for how I knew is from the roadblocks on easy and medium only few cop cars are there as for hard if heavily blocked and some of them will chase you if you crash into them
I tried the mission over 20 times and was so annoyed I searched for the mission on TH-cam. Watched your video. Tried it again and did it the first time with about 1% damage left.
20 goes isn't very many. I remember spending about 30 hours grinding it before finally getting it. Other times I did it in half an hour. It seems very random.

Wow, that was amazing. I was only able to beat this by driving on the sidewalks which forced the AI to try to set up roadblocks.
That first turn you have to make always made my heart sink when I realized, I HAD to slow down, because I just had got suicide rammed by like 20 cars

I had to set cops to easy just to finish this level. I spent hours trying on medium and made it really close a couple of times but never got it.
