I request your kind help in suggesting a cycle with following points in mind. - (1) Person aged 35 with very less physical activity (saying this because I might not go very long distances in first few months) (2) City ride mostly once in a while off road (3) City with lot of steep roads, and fairly good roads with less potholes and speed breakers. (4) Mostly will be riding for exercise/leisure ride. Thank you.

I just have a new hybrid hardtail but i am used to a full suspension (because of my old mtb) and when going on a speedbreaker i tend to keep my one leg straight like if you understand like stretched and the speedbreaker rubs hardly against the pedals the sound of it is very painful
