Last night I was having a stroke in a country where the is a cerfew and no chance of an ambulance I had to power through and stay awake. I literally got through it. With i ain't gonna fucking die man I refuse to die. Who's gonna carry the logs. I swear to God I know my body and have never felt that before and it all just kicked in u ain't gonna die u have to much to do. I made a promise and I have to much debt to the universe and to myself so we are going to figure it out. I swear through these hours of hell I have David and my loved ones to thank. If I gave in I don't think I'd be alive I had to power through. That self talk convinced my body and mind during some form of stroke and no hospital and I woke up alive. With very few consequences just my whole left side is aching it wasn't a joke. People think na it ain't gonna happen to me then your body just breaks down and then u have to go somehwere else cos the was no help.
Daisy i wish you al the luck in the world, if you are setting your mind to it you can do it. the only thing you have to do is work hard and beat your mind. And it all will get beter if you are willing to do the work. Eh man your massages Daisy your masseages did hit me. I would love to have a confersation with you, just talk about like. Goggins is smart through experience I love it when he talks about the smart people who Regurgitate what they’ve learned in a text book the mind is so powerful you limit yourself to text book information......he legit has me shedding tears some days I listen to him I’m 39 with stage 3 colon cancer and he gives me drive to beat this
Also keep your environment positive and surround yourself with loving kind genuine people who lift you up and cut out all people who are negative and bring you down.

But this guy reflects, there is soo much fucking more than being good at math, science or English. Developing the level of emotional resilience, drive, and insight that this guy has, really shows you there is so much more to life. David Goggins is my legit hero.
David Goggins inspires me and Inspires me to be the best version of myself but I would say at 12 minutes in I would lean the other way and believe this is you’re only chance at existence, so you better make the most of it. As an atheist I feel I have more to lose in death which pushes me more in life. Meaning death equals no existence or afterlife and life means you only get one chance to experience living life to the fullest.
