She's amazing when it comes to Coffee Drinks. I wish I could get my hands on these machines. My favorites are the Creatista/Creatista Pro machines and the Vertuo plus machines.
Sure wish there's a Vertuo machine that can be like the Creatista machines.

Your "customer service" is absolutely laughable. It's no wonder Nespresso UK is so badly rated on Trustpilot because it seems that everyone gets the same treatment. It's all very well putting out glossy adverts and getting celebrities to promote your (frankly, distinctly average) coffee, but the expression "all fur coat and no knickers" comes to mind. The worst service I have ever experienced.
