It is very interesting to see the pronunciation of SukhaDHAyee... punctuating DHA on the powerful Shuddha Dhaivat (dha) of Shahana..unless SukhaDHAyee has a different meaning which I don't think it has...pronunciation should ideally be sukhadayee...
I agree with you. On the other hand, there is the word 'VidhAyee,' विधायी which means "creater of" or "maker of." So, "sukhavidhAyee" can mean "creator of happiness." If we take away the prefix 'Vi' which means 'special,' perhaps 'dhAyee' धायी itself can mean 'maker?' This is my speculation.
