- I am sharing with you what I saw.
One early morning before a sudden storm, spotted these two large snakeheads swimming leisurely; with their orange-colored fry. Both were coloured a strong, sharp contrast of black and blue. Unfortunately that beautiful blue colour did not show up well in the video.
Notice how, in a few instances, they synchronised each others positions. Beautiful fish in Singapore.

The Snakehead is such a beautiful fish and so unique air breathing no gills and can live in almost any water quality and can move on land, from one body of water to another if its close enough. I love these fish I wish people that had snakeheads as pets would have been more responsible pet owners and kept them in the aquariums instead of letting them go. Now they are illegal to buy or own. So thank you so very much David OKY for sharing this video showing that they are a beautiful fish species an not some mindless aggressor.

@Average Perch Channa Argus that is naturally from China and Russia could survive in europe bit this species is mostly not avaible and europe has unlike many warmer places in the southern US where Snakeheads are invasive alot of other huge predatory fish like pike, walleye and the Wels catfisch

There is such beauty in this, the still water and the plants, its just perfection, I just want to put on some goggles and go for a free dive could you imagine getting the chance to see that underwater...
honestly here in the phillipines those giant snakehead aren't aggresive towards you if you dont disturb their fry when you swim close to them . They typically swim away when you do though
