Obviously it’s the rider and not the bike... but really, a quality bike under you, can send you to new depths. I think you should make a “sponsor me” video. Put together some of your best lines on the biggest features you can find, and promise that it’s only going to get better from there. You’ve got what it takes.

Yeah like Andrew said! He’s got a pretty sick trail bike which could probably do pretty well in most parks! I don’t really know what Australia has to offer in terms of dh but most of it should be fine on s trailbike

Matt Jones puts mulch on the landing of his last jump and it cushions the landing when you crash or have to bail. Our Aussie red clay soil is as hard as nails. It makes a nice smooth take off ramp, but it is not good to crash onto while trying new tricks - your grazes are proof of that. I wonder how good it would work if you did 3 parts of soil to 1 part of the builders concrete I was telling you about. It has no gravel or sand premixed into the bag. It is the same price as the premixed bags, except you end up with 4 bags instead of one.
I agree with Conway Stern, get yourself some knee and elbow pads. I'm 32 and have been riding bmx and MTB since I was around 10. If I could tell 10 year old me to do anything it'd be that. 661 and 7idp do pretty reasonably priced stuff.
@@GregBarling I personally use fox launch pro stuff. Nice hard caps and slim line enough to fit under jeans and shirts. Its a bit more expensive but everyone knows fox is just better.
Knee pads for sure but elbow pads are abit over doing it. I normally wear helmet gloves kneepads as my riding gear and goggles when doing anything other than dj i have body armor and neck brace but dont wear if for most places i only really wear armor for dj if on trying something new on a bigger jump
When you 360 that spine put your head down. You're landing back heavy because you level out your eyes and body. The 270 on the hip looked great. Commit to the spine the same way as that. Also just keep doing it!
