Rush’s success is due to multiple factors. 1. He’s playing confident and is better than we anticipated. 2. The o-line is playing exponentially better since week 3. The playbook is limited and utilizes the run game, which opens up play action. When Dak is in, they’re trying to do too much. If Dak gets play action opportunities and has the line playing this well, the cowboys are better than they are with Rush. That said, the gap between Rush and Dak is not as large as you want between a QB1 and QB2

It's interesting how many down to the wire, last second, sometimes back and forth, sometimes one team leads big time before the other team comes back for the last second win.... it's so often now that we saw it throughout the post season this past year, and the amount of games with "insane endings" is popping up more and more.... at the same time I notice that in these games on the big time plays many of the receivers will be wide open so much that even when big time receivers are running down field when they started the play with a CB lined up with them that they run past with ease and then the safety who should clearly be able to see them coming and the receiver will run right past the safety who will often times just stand there hesitating to guard the receiver or make a play on the ball even when it's already in the air and they could easily get in the way if not intercept it..... but for some reason it's like every game I watch nowadays no matter who is playing ill watch the type of defense the secondary will be playing and it's like they're afraid to play defense oftentimes and the only time they do is when they go into the play as if they are going to make a play somehow and then they do.... so it's like either they do what they're supposed to do and when they do it works and other times (and it can be seen on any play that was successful for the offense) the defense is full of guys distracted or something.... I don't know I've been noticing a lot of strange things in the NFL more and more lately.
