- The sti finally gets a full detail and it looks amazing! Thanks to Ruben and Dustin for helping me get it done and also thanks to Christian for letting us use his equipment!

Top it with beadmaker it’s $20 trust me it will pop even more. You should also look into high quality microfibers from the rag company. And wash with ONR.

r3ktfahdle I used Jescar Power Lock, followed by Collinite 845, and topped with Bead Maker after I fully decontaminating and polishing my 2019 STI when I first got it, and the results were breathtaking!

I used to own a Renault 5 Gt turbo limited edition Blue Raider and I got my paint to look like shimmering ocean water, it went from blue to purple to almost black when the sun went down. I taught myself all of this, but I know how you feel seeing it all done. Well worth the time yes. 💯💯💯💯💯🤘🤘
Maintain that man, also I recommend a ceramic coating. Lasts a lot longer than what your buddy put on. I just did it myself to my black 19 sti. Awesome video!

Looks clean, but all that will go to waste if you keep taking it to the local wash...worst thing you can do. You don’t know what people clean with those dirty brushes. Take your time and wash at home with a two bucket method...safer!

I’m a former detailer, and I go to the self serve car wash. As long as you don’t use the brush, it’s okay. What I do is bring three mitts. One for the top and lower part of the vehicle, and a separate one for the wheels. I bring a bottle of car shampoo, and pour it onto the mitt, because the soap at the self serve car wash is trash. Then wash it like a regular wash at home. Or if you’re really lazy, just use the soap through the spray nozzle, and switch to the wax setting. Just don’t dry your car with a rag, because the dirt left over will scratch it. So just drive away with water on your car. And if your self serve car wash has a spotless rinse, you use it after you’re done with the wax step. This is what I do, and I can go months without “properly washing” my car at home, but still make it look good.

12:00 the biggest no no. I recommend ceramic coating the car. I use Cquartz ceramic and Black Fire Wet Diamond detail spray.

What’s the trim/tire coating called?
Its Z-16 perfect tire gloss from zaino. Non oily with a water like consistency out of the bottle. Goes on smooth and lasts a very long time especially on trim pieces. Depending on how faded the trim pieces are you may need multiple coats to let it soak.

Car was just painted you shouldnt need any compound
They did a test area. Very mild compound didn’t remove the swirls. So they ended up needing to use V36. Which is still mild.
Prestado it’s a sin to use the brush at the car wash, never use that thing
Yea you do, even brand new cars need to be detailed
@@r3ktfahdle120 factory paint is different its all assembly line cranking out as many cars as they can. and most of the swirls and whatever in the paint is from the damn lot boys washing the cars messing it up. when you get a car repainted you it comes out near perfect thats what you pay for so you dont need to spend more time and money to get it how they should of had it returned to you.
