I use a quarto or A4 sized notebook and use it for everything and everything. When I take it to a meeting, use Rabeea's format. It is very useful. When a meeting notes run over the page I place a large arrow at the bottom right corner of the first page and add notes over or across the page. When I can I open to a pair of pages, with the meeting format on the left page, and the overflow notes, diagrams, etc, on the right page.

Interesting. Instead of using hard book I think is more convenient using tab with stylus for handwriting notes.
