Great video. Especially like the advice on the tailgate alignment.
Ordered mine right before Christmas and it came in less than two weeks later.
General is in the shop (less than an hour on it and we're getting a new frame due to misaligned welds from Polaris....). This will go on when we get it back next week!

If you have the rack without the tailgate, can you purchase and add a tailgate or do you have to replace the entire rack?

How does the rack when loaded affect the bed? Does it push the bed sides out? With the spare tire on the swing away does it torque the bed?

Thank you for reaching out to us and taking an interest in our General Racks! Throughout our testing we have found little to no issues that affect the General beds. We have set weight limitations for the rack as the correlate with the bed restrictions/limitations. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

Is this rack suitable to contain a dog if combined with the ruff rider heat pad?

The ruff rider pad will definitely decrease the heat in the rear and offer a better ride for your pet. The Expedition rack does close, so depending on your pet it could work to contain them on a ride. Hope that helps.

Can I this rack hold a 32 inch spare tire?
