Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I Was actually planning to do this in a separate future video once the SHF Luffy Romance Dawn comes out as well so I can swap all parts of the 3 figures 😄
It might be the joint on the figure or the spot on the arms, try either putting the parts in warm water (if you feel like drying it afterward) or warm the part with hairdryer, don't place it too close to the hairdryer and just do it about 5-10 seconds max
