Well if you really dislocated your shoulder , means your shoulders weren t working normaly , could be spine problem , or hips or even foot... If you notice he said don t go to pain ...
Looks like you slipped through the cracks of natural selection lmfao (joking). I feel like you're trolling but if you're not. Before attempting this, you should've watched Thomas Morrison content. He has a bunch of great stretches for every part of the body, to get the muscle, joints, and ligaments moving again and back to strength. Dude seriously changed my life. After two weeks or so then attempt these stretching workouts.
You should do full videos where we can do the stretches with you. And by we i mean me because i need someone to do it with me or ill get distracted (adhd)
Hey David, I've been stuck on a journey to reclaim my mobility for years, constantly battling with injuries, especially as an enthusiastic volleyball player. Despite improvement, I still feel as though I'm wading through quicksand. Your approach to movement resonates with me; it gives me hope and renews my determination. Your content has instilled in me a belief that there's light at the end of this seemingly endless tunnel. I'm keen to apply your teachings to my situation. I'd be eternally grateful for a brief chat with you. I understand and respect the value of your time, and I would gladly compensate you for your valuable guidance. Your insights could genuinely shift the tides in my ongoing battle! You'r on the same level as toesoverkneeguy! Looking forward to a possibility of a fruitful conversation.
Can you make a flexy video that helps people figure out which should be their ideal next stretch to stay flexy? For example someone’s next stretch they should do is down dog, but someone else might need shoulder mobility the most. How should one decide what is next?
Would you include some info on healing from, say, shoulder injury from a car crash? I'm still hurting after 4 years and some - but not nearly enough - pt. Ty!
Huh, I didn't think of dips as being a stretch. Makes some sense. Although, it also involves a whole lot more load on the muscles. Which I guess it what you are meaning by "active". The word seems like a synonym to dynamic in casual speech. But, clearly has a particular technical meaning that gives a fine difference. I got the book though and have started going through it. Been trying to work it as part of a more general calisthenics focused strength program. Dynamic actions make sense for starting a workout of nearly any sort. So this video makes a decent chunk of sense to me in that regard.
David where can we go to see proper examples of the exercises listed in your ebooks? When I search them up I often get multiple variations of the exercise and when I search with your name it’s normally the first day workouts you show as in this short. Thanks!
Wish i could do this my my colorabone is slightly dislocated inner part...so..i have no clue how to actually work out without making it terribly worse..sad...this looks fun and nice.
By book do you mean the pdf's with 4 pages? I dont know how to write that without sounding rude, i just want to know if i'm missing materials that you made.
Aren't those kind of dips nocive to shoulders because of the position of the hands pointing forward? I tried this and it didn't feel that good actually. I had an injure on one of my shoulders tho (where I felt pain doing this)
My shoulders got dislocated just from watching this video
But it's fine, that just makes me flexier
I was just about to make this exact comment and scrolled to see it was the first one 💀

Best comment 😂😂😂

Ong it looks painful af 😂
I really enjoy your approach to resting in between sets, just getting that nap sandwich in for some energy
"hold it for 30 seconds, then you rest"
Me, disoriented after an 8 hour rest: Okay what's next?
Rest more
😂😂😂😂

Yes great idea
@@isThisTakenToo---He does do videos like that. He does long form videos too not just yt shorts.

THIS GUY is the only one who could put in an actual video what I’ve been needing for years. Thanks dawg
I absolutely love your tips. And your delivery is just perfect. Appreciate you. Thank you
Bedankt
I've watched probably a dozen of these by now and all of them I've just laying in bed.

Same 😢😢😢😢
You're stretching in bed though right... RIGHT???
@@AndrewP88 nope
SHIT!
The dips feel REEEAAAALLLLLY good for my back! Guess cause I'm fully extending my spine and properly orienting my pelvis, like it NEVER IS.
Following my cervical spine epidural and physical therapy, once I start hitting the gym again, I'll be giving these stretches a whirl. :)
The lil “rest” ☺️ this man is so cute
That pull-up bar rotation he did called “Skin the cat”. Incase anyone wondering, it’s kinda hard finding online without prior knowledge.
The whispered „good price“ fecking sent me
I mean, he's not wrong 😂
Your approach is awesome, you are quite the teacher!!
Love your work man
Dude! That was so impressive 👏
Thanks for the free guides you share on your website
Thank you David! 👍🏼💪🏼
thank you for making these videos
You are so strong.. it’s just wonderful to see your abilities

Dude is something else. Excellent
I’m so inspired by you.
Great content bro you literally inspire me someday I wanna have the same mobility and flexibility you have achieved keep up the great work
I was having a 'loose' shoulder before, but after following this exercise, it keeps getting better. Thank youu sir!

Stretch and strength. I love your channel
Did the box shoulder stretch for the first time and it felt like heaven! Just make sure to get up slowly

Great content 👌
Great tips man, u got a sub
internet has ruined the word sub for me
Thank you
Best men on youtube 💯
Thanks for sharing 💚
My shoulders seriously need this. My range of motion is very sad.
For these stretching routines, should I just do this all once? Or should I go through the session 2-3 times in a row?
I like this guy alot
Sus.
good job dude your starting top look stronger
I wish and pray u get millions of subs asap. This stuff is gold

Collab with Sondre Berg. We will wait.
Very inspiring❤
Make a video on elbows pleaseee
After that first move you pulled I hit that subscribe 💪🔥
Also like to call that "The Flappy Bird" Love this Guy
Just be aware that static stretches, as opposed to dynamic stretches, actually reduce muscle performance and increase the likelihood of injury.
thank u for shoeing me how to dip correctly 🙃
Yoooooooooo, this is GOLD!!
Got one for tha hips???
Can I do this after my (strength)shoulder workout ??
That *good price* just stucks in my head
Sorry, I do not find the bio, but I am interest by the ebook! Great job
Would you include some info on healing from, say, shoulder injury from a car crash? I'm still hurting after 4 years and some - but not nearly enough - pt. Ty!
I have all his books and as much as I hate dips I wont lie the first say I did it I had no shoulder pain at work from all the stretching
I wish I had a friend like you or rather you lmao
I'm still impress by how much this guy gives out.
Like sheesh at this point we have a full on school textbook worth of content.
Book? Ooh, nice.
Do you have merch?
What kind of shoes do you wear? They look great but also like some that are on the more beneficial side for your health and stance?
@movementbydavid ... please cover upper back and neck... i cant turn my head all the way either side....
Huh, I didn't think of dips as being a stretch.

Need hamstring stretching exercises. Help
Would you recommendations be the same for people with shoulder instability? i.e. from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome?
Sir can you please 🥺🥺🙏 tell me what to do with my uneven shoulders
I'm not sure how to do some of the stretches/exercises in the ebook ? Any link to videos demonstrating them? This is the only one I've found
Got and tail bone stretches
I’m beginning to learn that the secret to a good life is just never not moving lol
I'm a fan, but didn't you say on a video about rotator cuff injuries with the dips you are doing?
David where can we go to see proper examples of the exercises listed in your ebooks? When I search them up I often get multiple variations of the exercise and when I search with your name it’s normally the first day workouts you show as in this short. Thanks!
Can you do a video about body weigh exercise for the Rotary cuff
give me optimal guitar stretch routine
We swimmers call the first one the "Phelps" and use it to warm up betore a race
I downloaded all the pdfs for each routine on my phone lol
Wish i could do this my my colorabone is slightly dislocated inner part...so..i have no clue how to actually work out without making it terribly worse..sad...this looks fun and nice.
Me, hypermobile in my shoulders: uh, heheh, yeah… I definitely need to work up to that…😅
I would pay for a hard copy, please make 🙏
hey @movementbydavid, can you do a nexk stretch and strengthing video? I love you thanks
Papa flexy 😍
May I ask what your height is, Coach David?
bro is like one of those old toys where you press the button and the little person flips around a string.
Damn dude that first move
Jesus Christ man, I never really cared about flexibility but after watching your videos sure as hell I do
I've found those rear dips are easy to injure my shoulder. Maybe not so risky once your more flexible?
Bro i train my shoulder in the gym so do i need to do these exercises for calisthenics ?
I tried it! It's hard to "not go to pain" because it hurts the whole way through 😅
Dude, you inhabit such possibilities
Hey!! I am not able to find that book! Can anyone tell me where I can get it. It is not in the description
Older people should be very careful with dips. Easy to aggravate rotator cuff
This dude is secretly a midnight super hero.. cape, mask, and all
This dude looks and has the demeanour of Joshua W the cooking guy.
Where is your free book? I can't find it
By book do you mean the pdf's with 4 pages? I dont know how to write that without sounding rude, i just want to know if i'm missing materials that you made.

Oh wait I do these when I’m not doing anything bc my shoulders always feel tight lol
This dude is the first person my entire life making me think, "yes, I WILL follow that link."
