From the note he hits when he starts jumping up and down 'till the end of those runs was over 23 seconds in one breath. He was thanking the band because the piano player wrote the song. The original singer for the Kazakh group A-Studio had died, and this concert had guest vocalists singing with them. The concert was organized by Russian composer/promoter Igor Krutoy, who was the man with the white shirt standing in the front row at the end of the song. After this, he started collaborating with Dimash, rearranging songs and accompanying him on piano. So, you'll see more of him. He has also been writing music specifically for Dimash's vocal range.

Ja die Sprache im Internet ist oft englisch. Durch Dimash bin ich inzwischen auch viel am englisch kommunizieren, wobei mein englisch nicht gut ist. Oft nutze ich also Übersetzer.
Ich glaube man kann den Dimasheffekt nicht erklären. Wenn er einen erwischt, dann meist ganz und gar. Seine Stimme hat etwas und seine ganze Ausstrahlung. Mich packt es auch immer wieder sehr emotional. Es dringt ganz tief in meine Seele ein und berührt mich wie selten sonst etwas.
Für mich ist es natürlich das Gesamtpaket. Dimash, seine Familie, seine Freunde und alle die mit ihm zusammenarbeiten. Alles ist sehr beeindruckend. Er ist ein toller Mensch mit tollen hohen Werten, die er von seiner Familie mitgeliefert bekam.
Alle zusammen sind gute Vorbilder wie es sein sollte.
Mir gibt Dimash mit seiner Musik auch kraft durch schwere Zeiten hindurch. Ich wünsche Dir noch viel Freude bei der Reise mit Dimash. Es lohnt sich wirklich. Und ich sehe gerne zu, wie andere von Dimash berührt werden. Es macht mich lächeln, weil ich ja weiß was musikalisch kommt und es erinnert mich immer wieder an die eigenen Gefühle als ich seine Stücke das erste Mal hörte. He did the glottal vibrato. It is a traditional Kazakh style, but the technique is also used in Turkey and various eastern and middle-eastern countries. I think it is called goat trill in European singing terms. You are sort of yodeling, but let the upper note sort of clog up instead of popping over. Of course Dimash does it very quickly. It is often used at funerals in Islamic culture. In this case it was a funeral lament for this band's (A-Studio) original lead singer who died in 2015 - Batyrkhan Shukenov. The pianist ( Baigali Serkebayev )wrote this song when Dimash was 4. Dimash grew up and got to sing with one of his favorite local bands!

He stayed humble no matter how big he got and the fact that he's the best vocalist of our generation. What he does with his voice, the way he utilizes it, are rewriting the rules of what's possible in singing. He doesn't do many interviews, but the one he gave to a Kazakh TV station shows how well read he is. He has quite a gentle soul and is very philosophical. Be ready to discover other artists through their association with Dimash. One of them is the living legend Lara Fabian, one of his idol as he was growing up. She obviously has influenced his development without even knowing him. Also multi-lingual, also an incredible performer, also can make her audience feel whatever she wants them to feel through the way she ACTS the lyrics in such a way that one forgets about her amazing technique and just melts in the story she's telling! Dimash covers several of her songs and even sings a couple of duets with her. It would be fascinating to react to both their versions of the same song. Another great reaction to our legend; DIMASH. Don't worry about crying, most of us do when listening to DIMASH. In some of his performances all he does is walk on stage and ladies in the audience start crying and he hasn't even sang one note yet.
Another great reaction. The band A-Studio is originally from Kazakhstan. The piano player, Baigali Serkebaev, composed the song. The singer of the group A-Studio passed away, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts.
Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh TH-camr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Saha people Rus) uses this technique too; they called it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies.
This concert was organized by the man in the white shirt who stood up in the first row, Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. It was this performance that prompted him to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I miss you, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, just to name a few. Since this concert, he has been collaborating with Dimash, writing music with his vocal range in mind, and often accompanying him on the piano. So you'll see more of him. It must be very satisfying for him to sit down and compose music without constraints (limitations by ordinary singers). High notes, low notes, whatever his genius mind can conceive, Dimash will achieve.
There is another performance of this song of one of his more recent concerts. It is as good or better because you can hear certain parts clearer and the camera stays on him most of the time. Dimash does that to people and doubly so during Sinful Passion. Even more so than during SOS, Sinful Passion provides a window into Dimash’s soul. The technique Dimash used was a traditional lament and he added this in honour of the original singer of Sinful Passion who had passed. Always enjoy authentic emotional reaction to the master of emotive (Dimash)!

As in many I have watched in the past 3 years, your senses were overwhelmed by Dimash's virtuoso performance. He is the only singer that comes to mind that has the key on a personal basis to unlock your soul, open the door, reach in, caress it, massage it, transform it so it feels like an outer body experience. You have no choice but to "let go" as you say. What I have learned over these years is the Dimash "heals" and only explained by the sheer beauty it entails. Try "Love is like a Dream" and then Ogni Pietra but choose based upon views since there are many of poor quality. His channel has the best selection. I’m from Brazil! For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from
Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition,
the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally
performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani
pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to

I personally think you'll get more out of Dimash by going through the series of China's The Singer, even if some of the songs are the same. It's time travel from 23 to now at 26. You'll hear the development of his lower range from amazing to stunning. For instance his opening of the European Olympics in 2019.

Awesome that Dimash moved you in such a special way, Vera. He does that to all of us who can call themselves a Dear.
