I'm starting van life June 6 full time and I was wondering if I was gonna still be that amateur chef but you be getting down in your van so that gave me some encouragement. I'm copying everything you got. Got the stove, fridge, no microwave or oven yet but I'll start working on it. And of course the knives I definitely have to get. I'm getting excited watching your videos. Maybe one day I'll head out to Cali and see what's good out there! But for now, I'll be on the east coast. I’m going to rent a unit for no more than one year, primarily for the middle seats from my minivan. I have no intention of needing them, but I’m trying to be cautious/reasonable, since I’m plunging right in at full time. Keeping a few things in case I decide to keep them, etc.
