About Halva, it's made of sesame seeds (sasame = "soom soom" in Hebrew), together with something to make it sweet. Sesame seeds are very loved in Israel and in the middle east in general. There are various foods made out of them. Most common is probably Tahini.
About the Halva, we used to cut the top of the can all the way off and then use it as a knife and a spork. As you may have noticed, it is somewhat hard to cut into it with that flimsy plastic fork and knife. The top of the can, if you bend it to make a V shape, can really come in handy.

Glad to hear!
We used to cook the tuna actually.
You put toilet paper on the oil and light it, let it burn until the end and you get an amazing taste.
I did it too, just not in the studio. Next video :)
