Solutions for Change: Helping Vista's Homeless

A quarter of the homeless in San Diego are women. Many of them have children. A program in North County is working to get families off the street, rebuild their lives, and move them into permanent homes. KPBS reporter Alison St John says the program might not work for everybody, but it is a good model for certain families with children.
