    Wink Hub 2 factory reset:
    1) Insert a paperclip into the reset hole and hold it down. Watch as the LED turns solid green, then flashes green, then flashes white (this only takes about 15 seconds). Let go as soon as the LED is flashing white.
    2) While flashing white, press and release the reset button again (do not hold) and the LED changes to flashing red. Flashing red means it is now in the factory reset menu.
    3) While flashing red, press and hold for 3 seconds and then let go. This is specifically how to confirm you want the Hub to do the factory reset.
    4) The LED should flash blue for just a moment, then the unit reboots all by itself and should only show flashing white after it powers on.

Wink also locked up all my sensors and I had to throw all of it out and start over.
I'd rather start over than to give them a dime
