    I remember I used to wake up in the middle of the night for a shake, but the problem with that is that you end up disrupting you REM sleep for the sake of bringing in amino acids at a point when your body isn't even very catabolic. The rest is more important, and I doubt the top pros would sacrifice it for a few extra calories. Then again, this is only my opinion based on my experience, others may feel differently.

    • @WritingVerses
      @WritingVerses 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Flex Lewis does it. Also, you have to know your sleep cycle properly to get the max benefit.
      I wake up for a shake and am really alert when I do because I know when I am not in REM sleep.

    from what I understood : week 1 - heavy weights, less reps more working sets, week 2 - less weights, more reps , less working sets and week 3 - less weigths, more reps then week 2, same sets.

    A lot of it really is simple, even at the highest level, the only thing that’s diff, is they maximize everything they can to achieve there physique, eating, training, recovering etc, also genetics will play a large role in how crazy you can look, but a lot of it is repetitive day after day getting better, and alot of it is simple, maximize your workout and recovery/eating and do this for a LONG time

    Oh hello!
    Have you heard about Aston Muscle Ripper?
    Maybe it could help you build lean muscle in a clever way - and most importantly - get you on the right track, for an outstanding body like it already did for thousands upon thousands of people who used it.
    I analyzed this to various other programs, and Aston Muscle Ripper continue to works significantly better. It is purely awesome! You can see by yourself the key reason why, (simply search in Google for "Aston Muscle Ripper").

    okk... that's much better. FYI, most people (this includes me) are watching these videos and reading the comments because they do not know enough about nutrition and exercise to make any bold decision w/ regards to their health and well-being. Elaborating on why he is wrong goes a lot further than calling people 'retarded.'

    Hey there, have you tried "Musclegion" (just search on Google for it ...)? There you can watch a useful free video demonstrating the best way to build visible lean muscle quickly. It made it easier for Brandon to break through his muscle mass building stagnation and then build up toned muscle mass free of fat super fast. Perhaps it will work for you too.

    Can you can back up your claims, state what experiments and the variables they used in these experiments, experience wise, what competitions did you win in bodybuilding, also you have no clue about olympic lifting or powerlifting, otherwise you would have elaborated more on their lifts, personal trainers like you are a joke, I would love to believe what you say but, all your evidence is based upon your own self experience of which we have no documentation of. Jokeeeee

    Sorry, but when you are older (aka 35+) its impossible to train as much as when you were 25. The body gets more fragile and you are more succeptible to injuries. Personally i train 4 days a week, because my job includes lots of heavy labour and my body needs the rest. I got 3 injuries because i was training non-stop last year. I know that the guy in the video is taking steroids but seriously - after a certain age, your body cant keep up with the hard training if you dont rest it enough.

  • @lorenzoromanobarca
    @lorenzoromanobarca 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    marketised rubbish, far to glossy, please name the scientific studies, that these claims of nutrition and training come from, secondly your athletes squat form etc don't look fantastic, bodybuilders squatting five/six plates pffftt to what depth, and what federation has referied these lifts, very rare a bodybuilder can do even 4 plates with proper form, you state, that your body picked up injuries from lifting heavy, you was obviously training slopy.
