Very late to this. My friend just introduced me to polo santo because I’m going through a rough time. But I just did a quick cleanse in my room and myself before bed. All my pets came in here after. It was really weird. It smells amazing I feel light and calm now. Just saying I can’t wait to do my whole apartment tomorrow. Thank you for your video I loved it!

Thing I hate about Palo Santo is that it's expensive from where I am from and it doesn't burn long. You kinda need to keep lighting it up every min or so. Other than that I love the smell.
Interesting. I just watched a video here titled - The difference between Sage and Palo Santo She said Sage eliminates all energies,good and bad, and palo santo only gets rid of the negative energy but also promotes positive energy. Also open a window to let the energies out when doing sage smudge.

Hi Vilma, here in California, they are at stores that sell apothecary items (candles, incense, etc). Perhaps you can check w/ your local store or market? I know you can also order online.

Depends on what you are going through. Go with what your body feels. Relax if you are feeling drained, sending good vibes!
