Someone always try finding a way to keep their hands in your pockets ‼️ thank You for inviting me to watch your video and Thank You for helping this lady when she really needed someone.👍🏽💯❤️
If she is paying rent for that lot she is not responsible. The owner should have insurance and should filed a claim. You're clearing the lot for free so the owner can put more trailers in and get more rent and money in his pocket.
She should check her lease or have an attorney check it for her. If there is a Legal Aid Society near where she lives, she should call to see if she can get an appointment and have it clarified once and for all who is responsible for cutting trees, removing them, cleaning up the weeds and garbage, etc. on the lot she rents. What I don't understand is why she's renting a vacant lot that size.
I live in a mobile home community in Minnesota. And anytime there is a problem with trees, it is the landowner’s responsibility to take care of them. There was a tree that went dead in my front yard a few years ago, and they had to take it down at their expense. And the other trees that are around here, they are responsible for trimming even. I think this lady needs to get one of those free consultations with the lawyer and find out what her rates are in your state. Sounds like the landowner is really trying to rip her off. Thank you, Erik for helping this woman. You are a true hero.

Nice job Eric. To the person who helped out and did the chain sawing thank you for the time and work you did in cleaning up the mess. Hate it when companies and services just dictate price on a job quote.
Well, I hope she's there and enjoys it a good, long time. You raised the value of her landlord's property quite a bit with your cleanup!!! It was just a wooded mess before, now it's nice and cleaned up. She's got a nice view now!
What a difference!! You are truly a saint!!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
That look much better, thank you for the hard work , and helping the lady. God bless
I have a small bluetti that I take with me car camping when I am doing a lot of hiking. It’s great for recharging my phone and my phone battery packs I hike with overnight, when I am not camping with any electrical hookups. And it charges back up from my car as I am driving between trailheads during the day.
I love it!
