500 g mutton
4 tbsp fresh beaten yogurt
2 medium tomatoes paste
2 medium onion coarse paste
1+1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp crushed corinder seeds
1 tsp crushed red chilies powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
4 green cardamom powder
1 black cardamom
1 bay leaf
6 cloves
4 tbsp green coriander leaves
5-6 tbsp of oil.
