Mutton 400 g
5 medium size onions
2 medium size tomatoes
2-3 tbsp green coriander
3 red chillies
2 green chillies
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 inch ginger chopped
1 tsp mango powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp black pepper corn
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
4 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
5-6 tbsp oil
