Good One 👌 I basically went past overtraining and into Rhabdomyolysis. I'm already 2 weeks off with zero training. No change in symptoms yet. I'm gonna use some of these tips to ease myself back into exercise once I'm recovered 👌
I'm entering the intermediate stages of lifting. I lift 6 days a week and probably have 8 hours of gym time a week. Every 4 weeks performance begins to slide as well as some of the symptoms you mentioned popping up. I usually take 3 to 7 days off while stretching, adding an hour to my sleep each night, and massaging large muscle I put a bunch of volume on. Is my quick recovery time from keeping moderate rep ranges? It's not too taxing on me, so I can usually lift just fine even if I'm kind of tired.
This is my second time over training myself actually while I was working out I could actually feel when it happened my workouts were harder to do and my muscles look deflated and soft is this permanent? Will my muscles go back to normal?
hy doc!! my story is dat, i had overtrained to my body nd even over reached.everyday i used to hit 50 or 60 kilograms on biceps 4 reps of 3 sets n dats caused me tachycardia for 1 year. i didn't knew what's happening to me later i got know dat it's a sign of overtraining..lefted all my exercise in september 2022 but still i notice lil bit of fast heart rate..its about reaching 2 years giving up my workout,so tell me how long does it take to recover...plzz
I’m everything explained here yet so stubborn. Now I’m here watching with a lower back pain to be reminded to stop being stubborn
Thanks for taking the time to make this video. This info was very helpful.

No….she definitely looks great 👍
Ok I didnt know overtraining can get so bad. Based on the symptoms guess I dont overtrain but rather I need to focus on 1-2 days of better rest time.
