I find Bonyu's Blast Balls fascinating in the context of the Dragon Ball universe, like how is she able to manipulate them in a way that they and produce their own Ki Waves or create the energy shield box. Its almost as if they are more a drone like machine than pure Ki

So Kakarot introduces us to a new character, and is kind of a crossover between FighterZ and Xenoverse 2? Nice! Since 21 appears in all 3 games, then maybe we can get more Bonyu and Mira and Towa in other DB games, too. We can only hope.
Bonyu's missions are a great way to gain exp and level up fast.
One thing I like about Akira Toriyama’s mind, is his design... You have all kinds of varieties. And all are original ideas... (except for new Broly and saiyan hair colours, that just redesigned/recoloured but at least its good for new rewrite story (Broly) and reasons (saiyan hair colours).

I'm not even sure if 21 IS canon, but I think this game subverted canon when it brought Freeza back before Ressurection F/Super's Freeza arc.
It's hard to tell if Toriyama considers Android 21 to be canon. Although Toriyama created Towa, Mira, Android 21, and Bonyu, he created them for various games rather than the series which they've never appeared in. Granted, Towa and Mira were created for Online, which was actually supposed to be canon.
In any event, we know this game subverts canon because of the inclusion of things like driving school and classic Broly as a boss for example.
