You have a beautiful home! Congratulations! The paint colors are gorgeous. I also am from Polk county and I definitely know how the traffic is. Glad you love your new area! Thank you for sharing your moving journey !
New to your channel. So glad I found you with this as my first video. Love how methodical you are with this move. Appears to relieve so much moving stress. Can’t wait to see more of your videos!!!
thanks for sharing this journey! super helpful, i'm going to be moving back to fl soon but want to be closer to orlando and this truly gave me some insight.
Hi! I somehow stumbled on your video and I have to say I really enjoyed watching. We’re moving in about 4 1/2 years and just starting our research. Schools will be very important because my boys will be in high school at that time. Also, one of my sons have special needs so that’s really important to research now. I just subscribed and looking forward to seeing more of your vlogs. I also have a small youtube channel and love finding more Disney families to watch. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
Hello 👋 We are happy that you stumbled here too! Thanks for watching. Are you local to central Florida, or do you plan to come here in a few years? Now that we are here we plan to stay put for awhile.
@@magicalfam we live in New Jersey. My husband’s family already lives in South Florida so we visit every August for two weeks. We’re very excited about moving permanently 😀 (But I’m also a little nervous too 😂 )
@@joannsalas well if you visit for 2 weeks in August you may already be used to the humidity 🥵😂 4 years is a long time, but if you are looking at central Florida reach back out if you still need some help!
@@magicalfam 😂😂Last year we stopped at Disney in August-omg way too hot! Never again 🤣 But yes we are use to the humidity but I must say it’s tough in August. Thank you so much for your offer to help, it’s greatly appreciated!
Congratulations! Can you give me your tips. We are looking to buy at Providence because we love the landscape and amenities. We know there is traffic and we too go often to Disney. We homeschool and visit the parks weekdays only. What are your thoughts on traffic to Disney weekdays.
Traffic getting back to providence on weekdays was the worst between 4-7pm. When we left they were widening old lake Wilson so it may have improved. I think traffic clears up in the mornings by 9am so if you go after, or give your self maybe 40-45 mins time to get there for rope drop it could work. We did like Providence as a community. The traffic for us, and not much right outside the community, was a deal breaker. We hope this helps a little! Ask any more questions if you have them.
What city in Florida can you recommend that is 1. Least likely to be hit by hurricanes? 2. The least expensive to live? 3. Non touristy 4. And have a big enough population for delivery apps like doordash and Uber rideshare? Any information is helpful..
Any central Florida city is much better than coasts. If a hurricane does come through it’s pretty minimal (we were here for Hurricane Ian). That being said he you looked at Ocala or Mount Dora? The northeast part of Orlando is less touristy if you want Orlando area.
One thing I worry about Florida is its cheaper now than where I live yet I feel like in a few years its gonna go way up and worry some politicians fight with Disney and books. Thanxs for the info been thinking of moving or doinga rental home.
Why would anyone want to move to Florida? The traffic is horrendous, the house prices are outrageous and insurance is sky high if you can find it. The heat is getting intolerable and the storms are getting worse. And I’m a 5th generation Floridian.

Thank you for this information. We are down here in SWFL since 2012. Interesting to see other parts of Florida.
Hello fellow Floridians! We have been in FL since 2022 and have yet to venture to North Florida and South Florida still. So much to do here!

Congratulations on the painting and the girl rooms!!!!!
Thank you for watching! The girls love their rooms 🥰
The packed UHAUL trailer reminds me so much of Toy Story! Idk if it's the neighborhool background or what? 💚
A great movie and reference! I can picture RC driving behind lol Thanks for watching.

It’s definitely different than 5-10 years ago.
