I use a Line6 Toneport GX interface (now called PODStudio GX). Its very good, you get good sounds from the software, no latency and direct to usb! :) its the way to go for home recording ^_^

Next week I'm gonna upload the 2nd part I'm working on, with some other stage themes and the week after that the 3rd medley with the remaining songs ;)
the software is for getting your guitar signal into the computer, to mix the tracks and all that you need a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). I use cubase 5 but its kind of expensive (its pro quality). There's a free DAW that's pretty good, called Audacity. For drums I create a MIDI track with the drum patterns and the sounds come from this plugin called "EZ Drummer". Some DAWs have built in plugins with decent drums sounds (Cubase has one, but EZDrummer has better sounds, its paid too, though)

I'm glad I found you through a collab a month or so ago. Every video you've done that I've seen has been amazing. This medley is great, I need to share it with a friend who is a DC nut, loves Batman, and used to play all the old Batman games a ton. \m/

+doctor12doom I don't have these songs on Loudr because I don't think they can be licensed (soundtracks have to be commercialized in the US to be able to be licensed, so many old soundtracks aren't eligible). Sorry, nothing I can do about it :/
