    When I watched "Period. End Of Sentence." on Netflix I was very surprised and amazed. I had no idea that somewhere in the world girls won't go to school because of their periods. How they are ashamed of it. Even grown women struggle. They won't be able to buy the products of first need, pads and tampons. That's there so much stigma around it. We have no idea how privileged we are, so we must spread awareness.

      yes, and about 4 or 7 yrs ago I saw a video about Fistula were young women were dying from Fistula Saturday, May 23, is the Int'l Day to End Obstetric Fistulas. I don't know if it is still an issue, it was about 4 to 7 yrs ago. Doctors without borders were very involved on the issue. th-cam.com/video/Ow3yGBInGfg/w-d-xo.html

    Greta is young but so important and wonderful. What she’s doing is incredible, especially since she’s so young. Of course, she still has things to learn. We all do. But what annoys me the most is that the very people who are telling her to go back to school are the very people who need to learn the most because in my opinion, it seems they lack any basic common sense and knowledge and yet they are people in power.

    • @xsatellax
      @xsatellax 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      BoulderPM We shouldn’t be seeking to divide ourselves. Neither girls are any less worthy of being called amazing

    • @xsatellax
      @xsatellax 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      BoulderPM Are you serious? When has she accused children of ruining the earth? She hasn’t. She is accusing adults. And frankly, it’s not her duty to look after children that don’t belong to her. And sometimes, protecting children will mean also scaring them in the process. But her goal is to save the Earth. She’s not concerned about making a few children cry. She’s targeting adults in power. You clearly don’t know what you’re talking about so I recommend not continuing to reply.

    • @xsatellax
      @xsatellax 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      BoulderPM You clearly don’t listen. I already said she’s not talking to children. She’s not directing her speech at children. So everything in her speeches is not specifically for children. And I don’t know what children you’re talking about. Children her age and above aren’t going to get scared or be alarmed. And children younger wouldn’t even understand what she’s talking about.

      It's ok to feel the way you feel. What's important is that you understand that you have the freedom to feel that way while there are some who don't even have the freedom to get out of their houses. Try and make the most of school though. You don't have to love all of it.

    This is fucking amazing. I wish there were more cool brown women like this for Lily to interview. I get what Lily is doing with women's empowerment we've been seeing alot of negative reviews on her show. I think if she harasses the power in an interview like this for her future work, she can really come out shining. Lily's got a lot of talent on her own that sometimes I think brown people don't give her credit for. And now thinking outside of impersonating your parents and wearing wigs to depict white people, what are things like this she can tap into? Cuz I'm sure as hell Lily is growing as a person. And Russell Brand showed a really amazing side of himself with his spirituality. I would love to see more awesome facets of Lily Singh and her become DAMN succesfful more than she EVER HAS before for it.
