I use the Hurtta when camping for my pup as well. It’s a game changer.

I really recommend Non-stop dogwear for booties but also for wool coats , their wool winter coat is amazing!

Hurtta is the best for winter gear! I do a very similar setup for my poodle in Alaska. Thanks for the tips! :)

U can pickup a similar device at Lee Valley, a reusable hot pocket, just click the metal clip inside & the liquid becomes a solid, releasing a ton of heat. Just boil it to return to a liquid & ready to warm ur hands again!

This is great, thank you! I’m impressed your winter pack is only 30lbs! This is my goal for my summer pack! Does your dog carry any of his gear? My pup has a ruffwear backpack which is great for him to carry most of his own gear. But last summer I noticed it gave him a blister, which broke my heart as I only noticed once we got to camp :( And haven’t used it since

Thanks so much. I have not bought a pack for my dog. So far I’ve been able to carry all his gear so I haven’t found the need for it. The dehydrated dog food really helps for the weight.
