@@Halcylion I started to think that might be the case as well since my CTR actually went up, but impressions went down by like 40-50% in a matter of a week. Pretty crazy. Yeah I'm already making outlines for some EU4 videos and I started playing HOI4 to try to get up to speed on that one. On the bright side, once Bannerlord goes to full release, a lot of these videos will (hopefully) resurface lol Are you looking at other games as well or sticking it out with Bannerlord?
@@Strat-Guides Boris, Shadiversity and a few other big youtubers have noticed the same trend, where their videos overperform in every single metric except views. I believe that whatever shenanigans the algorithm is up to affects us as well. As for my plans, right now I'll stick with Bannerlord until I finish the projects I still have planned for it.

Thanks for the encouragement, but those numbers on the screen unfortunately influence whether I can pay my bills, so it's only natural that I worry about them, especially since I work 8-10 hours per day to make these videos. For now I'll keep working on this content and try to come up with something that can revive the channel.

Don't get caught up on the details. If you can't rob a caravan for all it's got, then just slay the defenders as fast as possible and take whatever you can.
Brother every other youtuber that makes bannerlord videos could never be as good as yours , those channels lack good commentary, yours doesn't. your channel is too underrated you should try playing other games like multiplayer ones , like you do play other games but they do not appeal to the mass , but you can play the games you like i respect your decision . Whether a channel is good or not is a matter of perspective. It's true that I put more work into my videos than the average youtuber, but that's only because this style fits my personality more; some are able to do things spontaneously, while I have to plan everything out and carefully execute it to the best of my ability. Honestly, I wish I were more like other creators on this platform, able to upload more consistently instead of making a video once per month, but we have to make the best of what we have. As for me playing other games, that's an absolute certainty, but I don't think I'll be playing any competitive multiplayer games, though... As someone who plays for 2 hours and edits for 300, I cannot compete with a streamer who plays 12 hours per day... unless I become a streamer myself. I would play coop games with my friends, but they're busy with their real life jobs, and I can't work my schedule around theirs, which is why I'll stick to single player titles.
I'm pretty sure the IRS uses that form to catch criminals and prosecute them. I don't know who would be stupid enough to complete that form, though, then again, most criminals are not known for their formidable intellect.

Killing villagers coming from horse-settlements seems to give a lot of roguery for very little effort. I think its based on the value of the loot that you take, because a normal villager raid might give me a skill point or two, but once i got a Noble Mount from one and got something like 25 points for basically zero work (horse archers go brrrr)
You can still do the squeeze trick even if the enemy doesn't make it off the battlefield. Just wait until there's one or two enemies left (retreating or not), and end the battle. It will take you back to the attack/send troops/leave screen. Leave, re-engage, and they should surrender
Just so you know, you've inspired another youtuber to take on the raiding lifestyle, so don't feel too down in the dumps about low amounts of views. He's Strat Gaming and he recently left a little nod to you in his recent Tamerlane vid :)
Strat has already let me know that. Also, I'm not too worried about views at the moment... As far as I'm concerned, this series is me paying my dues for the people who helped Ukzug's video surpass the 1 million threshold. If they don't want to watch it, that's their problem. :)
It's a solid tactic, but requires too much micromanagement for someone as lazy as me. I'd rather just stack horse archers and have them pull an A-10 Warthog on the enemy.
@@Halcylion Ironborn we are not. We are born fighting. Light skirmisher cavalry adept in shooting crossbows from horseback, use of lances, taking hostages, and stealing livestock. In our families it is said, "If you're big enough to sit a horse and hold a lance, you're old enough to raid."
Keep on the good work; really nice series and style and just sad it doesn't get more traction, especially in light of the time you spend to make it be that good.
I have a theory about why you got more roguery from caravans, I think it is due to the max amount of money they have and the total cost of all the items they have so the more they have the more roguery you get you could try give them more loot even if they cannot afford it then attack the caravan and destroy it completely leaving no runners (of course this is just a theory)
I really hope you keep this series going until you take over a kingdom worth of territory, with you being able to make companions into vassals, nobles, in theory it should be possible.
You should spread your archers out as I don’t think any in the later rows will be able to fire also you can try training your Tier 1 and 2 troops by putting them in a separate control group and letting them only fight easier targets
I wish I saw your comment before recording episode 11, because I used the same formation. As for training troops, I have a quicker method that doesn't require me to put their lives at risk.
Also Hal, i dont know if you would consider this but i would really appreciate a Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.52 netrunner build that you compiled. I probably can find it from other youtubers but they are not entertaining and informative as you are.
They're not? Looks like they're about to get a spanking. This formation is supposed to keep them more closely packed together behind the shield wall, so that the enemy cavalry doesn't just charge into them, but if they're not shooting, they're useless.

awesome series, but hats with the bad archer formation? i noticed that most if your archers are not shooting
They're not? Looks like they're about to get a spanking. This formation is supposed to keep them more closely packed together behind the shield wall, so that the enemy cavalry doesn't just charge into them, but if they're not shooting, they're useless.
