      Hey, I got my MPR last week. I already have a Tactical Rifle Vault case for it from Pelican which is very nice. I also ordered a primary arms 1-6x scope for it and I'll order steel magpul offset sights for it as well.
      My Competitive Blue Radian Raptor charging handle comes in today.
      Dude I love the way the MPR looks. I'll shoot it soon.

    WD-40 may not be the best lubricant but it is a great cleaner! Any synthetic motor oil will work just fine for lubrication, even Automatic Transmission Fluid works great as well.

    New to AR’s and just bought this one last month. Finally got around to shooting it and it would jam every 2 or 3 rounds. A few times when I would get the magazine in after clearing the jam, pull the charging handle back to load the chamber, chamber loaded and I pull the trigger and its like the safety was on. About to tear it down and clean it. Any ideas on my problems and thanks for posting the vid.

    • @hahn-arms8006

      It also has offset open sights. This rifle was used to hunt coyotes for a while. Which only half explains the light. Before I had my (house rifle) this MPR was also used in the case of home defense. The light works well with both the open sights and the scope. So why not. Great question

    Great video. One question, Ive looked everywhere for an extra firing pin. where the hell do you get them?

    • @hahn-arms8006
      @hahn-arms8006  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sadly they were once so easy to get you could get them right off ebay for about $3-$5 now with all the media around them some place like ebay wont even allow the sale of parts for them. You can still find firing pins easily for them but they arent as cheap as they once were. Try brownells, midwayusa, numrich, palmetto state armory. If you cant find one at those let me know and ill look.

    • @hahn-arms8006
      @hahn-arms8006  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You can try to (close) the gap by crimping with pliers but it rarely works. You just have to be patient with it. After you do it afew times it becomes natural but it can be a bitch the first few times.

      There are a couple of videos that show a simple method for getting that stupid cotter pin back in, basically turning it so the split part is sideways and applying upward pressure (or downwards depending on how your holdingIt!) while pushing it in, it worked like a champ for me, a quick you tube search and you’ll never curse that thing again
