Just a thought.... Steve Ringer was convinced he knew what was happening underwater but the filming from the underwater series largely proved otherwise. I wonder if the same would happen if Andy Bennett could watch the underwater scene whilst potting feed?
I’ve leant so much off that video, thanks for that advice and I will hold my hand up and say “I’m one of those who’s not feeding correctly and using the wrong pot”. At the end, you talked about when fishing in open water it’s mainly best to loose feed. Would a 2+2 at woodlands, North Yorkshire come under that description of fishing open water?
Used to drill kinder eggs and and then line the hole with off cuts of hollow elastic when hydro first came about to and slice it length ways and glue it in place like a trim to get it to grip and stay in place on the topkit
