Wolf dog was pretty cool. It's always good to see your parents. That castle was amazing. The next time you come to NC, you might want to travel to Durham and see the Castle Monte Rogue. Look it up. Holy cow! I could have not gone to the top!
I visited the castle in 2017. We climbed it too. It was late winter and freezing but beautiful. It reminds me of Edward Scissorhands for some reason 😂 My husband worked in CO for two years and said that wolves or wolf hybrids were kind of popular as pets. I never saw one up close before and I was surprised how big they were. *Side Note, I loved CO. It was beautiful and I loved all of the outdoor things to do, but no matter what I did, the darn altitude would make me so sick every time I visited.

The drive through San Isabel alone is amazing. I live in co and on the day my husband took me there (I’d never been) there was so much mist and fog on the way. It was so surreal and beautiful.

Omgosh Adam!! We went to Bishops castle 11 yrs ago!! When we met Mr Bishop he was working so hard mixing concrete!! My heart just melted seeing him on your vlog! I live about 2 hrs from there and need to go back. I never made it to the top but my boyfriend did...what a great vlog this was!!! We have videos from when we went, I'll have to dig them up and see how much has changed ❤
Adam… that was Abbott and Costello on the wall next to whoopee, lol. I’m always amazed that the weight of several people standing on those kind of flimsy walkways doesn’t bring them down. Must be much more sturdy than it looks. I still wouldn’t trust it though. Excellent video, once again. Thanks for sharing!

I have a video of my hubby and our son climbing to the highest point (tower with the flag), my son was only 9 years old ... the video still makes mt stomach churn, especially when they extended the go pro out and did a 360 degree spin.... I stayed at the staind glass level with our 4 year old. I highly recommend visiting, it is stunning in person and pics videos really don't show how impressive this place is.
