Thank you for such honest reviews... You explained everything very honestly and exactly same situation, prices & everything that is currently going on in Turkey.
I visited Turkey in August/Sept. last year and It was expensive but still affordable if you plan accordingly. At least, most of the sites I visited were free but you did not mention that now even tourist places have expensive tickets...like Hagia Sofia, Museums, Palace, etc. Restaurant prices were expensive but street food was affordable.

mere suhur Pakistani hein aur hum Pakistan, Turkiye, US, GCC aur europe mein reh chuke hein. mehanghai to ab har jaga buhut hei. Lekin prices to khali aik cheez nahi hoti. aap ko aur dosri cheezein bhi to dekhni parti hein. Maghribi mulk mein musalmonon ke liey buhut mushkilein hein aur taasoob buhut ziyada. Bachoon ko bhi is halat mein palna parta hei. Turkiye phir bhi theek hai hum jese logon ke liye. Izzat milti hei locals se, aur bhai ko passport bhi mil giya. Gcc mulkon me ye kabhi nahin milta...aap nokri kar lein saloon ke liye lekin phir nikal jain. Most important thing is education. If you are educated, and Pakistan has many decent colleges and univesities, then you can live in any part of the world and get paid well. If you lack educationl, then it is expensive everywhere and jobs are more diffucilt and low paying. Best advise I can offer is pleae apni parhai hasil kar lein. Jab phar liye to phir apne aap ko aur parhate reahein. Phir ye dunya aap ki har jaga. Make education your life long mission, and it just doesn't end with Bachelors, masters, or even with PHD.

I mentioned tour plan of 25 days in few words on cover letter
But visa officer is saying this is not acceptable
You have to submit day by day tour plan
I have made day by day tour plan but it's became 4 pages itinerary
Is it okay to submit 4 pages
Or must 1 page
Because 25 days day by day plan is not possible on 1 page

As a Pakistani living long time in America, I used to tell family in Pakistan that America is so cheap/affordable. But no more since last 3-4 years. It is still way more affordable than Turkey but the good old days are long gone here. In another Turkish blogger video, the price of chicken in Turkey in a tourist area's grocery store was almost as much as in America and I am talking about the base price! Incredible!

But this was a British blogger who went to a grocery store in Turkey known for cheaper prices and the price--in American dollars--was about $2.5 per pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast. Here in America, I pay $2.67/pound for similar chicken breast. So the price for that item in Turkey was equal to the one in America!! I, as an American, could afford that in Turkey but I don't think most Turks could. Even if that store was a bit over-priced or the meat quality better, that's still a lot of money for the locals in Turkey.

If your income is in dollar euro gbp coming from outside you can live like a king in Turkey. Trust me on this even 2000-3000$ per month is more than enough for a family of 4.

I visited Istanbul in Jan. 2024 and found bus fare 18 tl, tea 15 tl,, donut 25tl to 100tl, taxi minimum 90 tl, Adana kabab 300 tl. Canada is much cheaper than Turkey...Thanks for the video Abdul bhai. from Montreal Canada.

Kuala Lumpur is cheaper than Istanbul. You should apply for Malaysia 2nd home programme and settle over there by selling your Istanbul apartment.

🚨🚨🚨It really depends on how much one is earning in any country. Pakistani is high inflation while salaries have NOT INCREASED. so it is the same case. You are actually converting Turkish lira and usd to Pak rupees which should not be done. You earn decent in turkey you will live decently.

Some of the things in Turkey are still not that expensive as compared to Pakistan, For Eg electricity and gas bills, social security cover, there is no maid, school fee is zero if your children learn the language. Its better to buy your own property and live there, its a beautiful destination to raise kids in safe environment. If compared, the european countries, GCC, Saudia Arabia and Middle Eastern region are much more expansive then Turkey, thats why many expats from middle east have shifted here. Life in Canada and USA is also not that easy, you need 8-10,000 USDs to stay in middle class and for that whole family may have to go out to earn. In Portugal even, one must have 3000-3500 Euros a month to live a notmal life and there is no job or work, only plus point is that they offer the passport in five years whereas in Turkey there are minimal chances in changing your status to permenant residency even after spending 6-8 years. Just stay away from regular hoteling, make good Pakistani food at home, keep in touch with your loved ones in Pakistan and invite them at your place, live a beautiful life and donot overspend.Buy monthly public transport passes, no need to have expensive car. In Pakistan also if you want to have a good upper middle class life you need atleast 200,000-300,000 PKR excluding rent. May Allah keep us all safe and bless us with health, happiness and prosperity.
I lived in Malaysia for 30 years and i have seen many ups and downs here..even though it is cheap country and have good value for money but if you got no money, or proper source of income, hard to survive here..
