Mam We used it several times...first henna application and after rinsing followed by indi black but hair colour is remaining red not getting black what's the mistake I'm doing please reply

After Henna application next day apply Indiblack to your hair always mix Indi Black powder with hot water, apply immediately to your hair, cover hair with shower cap & wait for 2 hours and wash your hair with plain water, once try this way and check, sometimes it takes time to give good results.
