I had lost close to 20 pounds over that time. As of today I’ve gained every pound back and then some. What’s crazy is I think by just me looking at food I put on half a pound, if I look twice, the other half…lol Anyway, I wrote down several months ago a few of your healthy soup recipes. Nami, I’m gonna make them again, eat more foods like this. You generally have plenty of veggies and other good stuff so it’s a win win all the way around…Thank you SO SO MUCH for the delicious foods you share here on your channel. 私は動画編集やTH-camrは全く詳しくなくほかの詳しい方の見方がよくわからないのですが、正社員で働いていますが子どもを持つ前はさっさか家に帰れば６時前だし、ゆっくり料理を作り睡眠をとったり、休日は全て自分の時間だから編集作業なども出来るのかなって思います。←甘いのかな？

若いのにちゃんとした暮らしに感心するばかりです。一人暮らしで毎回動画にUPされる食事の量は2〜3人分位あるので冷凍したりお弁当に回したり何だろうと私が心配する事はないけど、卵を一日3個はびっくりしました。

Nami, I recently got better from a horrible sickness, down for 2 months. I had lost close to 20 pounds over that time. As of today I’ve gained every pound back and then some. What’s crazy is I think by just me looking at food I put on half a pound, if I look twice, the other half…lol Anyway, I wrote down several months ago a few of your healthy soup recipes. Nami, I’m gonna make them again, eat more foods like this. You generally have plenty of veggies and other good stuff so it’s a win win all the way around…Thank you SO SO MUCH for the delicious foods you share here on your channel. I may not be the most graceful cook, lol but it works!
