KD Estrada Shares How He Struggled And Coped With His Anxiety Issues

When KD Estrada entered the PBB house, he was plagued with anxiety and feelings of depression, which almost pushed him to make a voluntary exit. It was something he brought with him from the outside world-an anxiety-filled life where he struggled to pick up the guitar and couldn’t go out of his own room when his self-esteem hits rock bottom.
But with the help of his family and the company of his now closest friend, Alexa Ilacad, he finally found a way to cope and accept himself.
“It’s okay to ask for help. It may take time, but when you find something you’re passionate about, it’s an amazing feeling.”

One of the great things about KD is his capacity to connect on a personal level with those watching him. The interview was fairly easy going yet there were parts of that interview that I wanted to cry because I felt that what he was saying was true, and that even I can relate.
Despite the anxiety and low self-esteem, his sense of humour and genuine kindness still shines through, and it's such a blessing that he continues to use his platform for positive influence. I certainly hope that KD knows that he is supported, loved and esteemed very highly by many.
This man is deep and intelligent. At his age, he is very insightful and articulate. Keep inspiring us KD.
I remember when I saw an episode of KD in youtube *pbb.. he was crying and then I hear something inside my heart to pray for him. For a long time I didn't watch TV.. after watching him I felt this compassion and love in my heart for him. Now I am just proud of him and will continue to pray for his condition and success.. God bless you KD. You are destined to be a superstar.

I never really cared so much about Showbiz until I watched KD’s journey on PBB. There is something about him that wants me to watch more. I think it’s because of his intellectual level, talent and personality (so humble). He is such a deep thinker. He is such an inspiration. God bless your heart KD.
KD able to inspire people who have the same condition like him that's include me, l'm also introvert l feel the same way as KD when l'm having anxiety attack I don't want to talk, eat share how l feel l just want to be alone in which KD do inside he went out in the garden talk to himself. Then when somebody help and comfort l want to be with that someone. That's how KD felt with Alexa whose been there for him no matter what. With regard to Anji's case a have a friend like her who ignore me but the more she ignore the more l want to be with her just like l became slave too, she treated me like a slave well because l love my friend do much l don't care what she did to me. Not realizing that l forgot my value as a person and l let that friend of mine to treat me like useless thing. I hope KD will not feel the same thing the way he felt with Anji that their relationship was back as lover, or he misinterpreted it. As l observed KD love Alexa so much hope they have the same feelings not for showbiz, management and loveteam sake. They should clear their feelings towards each other. No misinterpretation the feeling should be mutual.🥰💕🤗
The reason why I support KDLEX is because I'm struggling with depression and anxiety... I can relate to them so much and I'm so inspired how they were able to find comfort and support system that they need to each other... I really hope that people realize how important it is to be understanding and kind... Because you'll never know what those people going through...

Thank you for this another episode father. Mas nakilala namin si KD and all of his struggles before. The most striking quote I kept from KD was when he mentioned inside PBB that the process is really hard but look at the product It made him stronger, more confident, and it brings out the glow and positive energy in him. Thank you since this episode made me realize that I am not alone and I should also fight my negative thoughts in mind and change them to something positive. Alexa really is the greatest help to KD. I’ve watch how she comfort. Her word of wisdom is on point to KD, really is listening to her! And when KD is with Alexa , he find comfort with each other!
