4U was my first Monster Hunter game, and this fight made my jaw drop, I had trouble believing any monster this big existed, much less could be killed...
私も何回も挑戦しては時間切れで負けていました。サブターゲットで帰っているうちに玉が3つも集まりました。

@@giadaelacapsuladeivideogiochi yeah, if you look, the rotten vale is mostly made out of a few dalamadur skeletons, the parts you walk on at least. The main nest in the upper region is in the mouth of a giant dala skull.
I’m frightened by the sheer size of that Dlalmadur, but more so by the MASSIVE skeletons found in the primal forest...

Still gives me goosebumps.
One of the best monsters of the entire series.
4U was my first MH game and when they told me I had to slay "Dalamadur" I had no idea what I was supposed to face.
Then the cutscene happened, and I almost dropped my 3DS.
I beat it with 2 minutes on the clock.
Definitely one of the most astonishing hunts I've ever took part in.

We already do fight an adult. The Dalamadurs we see in the Rotten Vale aren't actually Dalams, but extinct ancient relatives. Would be amazing to see the King of Monsters return again though.
@@CaveTroglodyte And how do you know this? Ancient relatives litterally are skeletons like we see in one of the maps in MH4.
Plus its still rotting. I can see a corpse that big taking a while (especially considering how dry it'd be by now) but I dont see it being an ancient relative. A few hundread years ago.
Also... size. ITS MASSIVE compared to the huge one in 4U. And as we see with shar dalamadur, it sheds to increase size much like real snakes and reptiles.
Im sorry but I cant see it being a subspices or an ancient family relative. It must be an adult, surely.
@@danielsimmons4436 Banned Lagiacrus talks about MH Lore and if I remember it's from a lore book. Also, Shah Dalamadur is stated to be a Subspecies, and isn't actually bigger if you check the 15th Anniversary Size video.
@@CaveTroglodyte so why does damadur shed its skin then? If its not so shed and grow, maybe its for the blast/fire abilities for... self defence? Hunting?
Honestly I just meant that the damadur in the rotten vale must be fully matured. Not an ancient ansestor, or subspices due to scale texture. Unless theres a damadur subspices that just bigger. (Although it wouldnt be the first time)
@@danielsimmons4436 The Vale has been around for a long, long time, and that ancient Dalamadur relative was a starting point. I'm sure Dalamadurs shed their skin to grow, but Shah Dalamadur seems to be a unique one, after all, Shah apparently means King.
