Listen, there is a difference in time. When Marion Jones ran her 21.60 she during those time she was doping. Hence, she was banned, and her medals were taken back. Merlene Ottey's case was different. She ran her 21.64 in Brussel 1991. Notice the World Athletics / IAAF still has Merlene as the 7th fast 200m runner of all time on their list. Which means your list is flawed. When she tested positive in 1999, it was her "A" which they took it to court and she fought it in court for 11 months. They inintally intened on banning her 2 - 4 years but they found out that her "B" sample was negative which indicated that her "A" sample was possibly contaminated and that's the same thing that happened the VCB. The charges were dropped, and she was freed from the ban that lasted 11 months and was allowed to be a part of the 2000 olympics. Her name was cleared. You have it all wrong. Merlene should have been on this top 10 at number 7 just as how IAAF has it on their site. Merlene was never stripped of anything, Marion Jones was. At no point was Merlene Ottey associated with any ban substances. Marion and Florence were the only two on this list associated with ban substances.

Flo passed all her tests you looking at it all wrong. That’s like someone speculating Usain Bolt for steroids because his times look out of reach. When reality is she was him before there ever was a Usain Bolt for her dominance. Steroids don’t increase speed it increases endurance

though Dafne has a faster PB than Allyson Felix. I definitely feel that Felix's accolades in the 200m and her consistently being one of two top athletes or in the 200m over span of 10 decades in her prime, makes her number 5 and arguably I'd say number 4 in actual fact. Gabby has been doing well but Felix did well over span of 10 years that different. Let's bare in mind that even though she her success was noticeably in the 200m she was always a cross over athlete.

Flo-Jo wasjust a fine athlete thru her career, then suddenly she became a superwoman, but only to win in the Olympics as she retired after. Everything, sadly her death too, shows she abused her body with illegal substances. No sprint athlete ever achieved their best the last year of their long career. Those were the worse time for track and fields and doping, as Johnson's fall from gold to dust showed.

ETH's time from Tokyo was basically the same as her PB if you adjust both to 0 wind (10.58 vs 10.59) and ETH's 200 PB is from Tokyo not Eugene.
Neither of SJ's best times are from Eugene.
