On top of that I just found out I'll be working on thanksgiving, and a 12 hour shift on my birthday. Quite possibly not until after Christmas) So yeah, not in the best of moods. But this cheered me up for at least the night. You never fail to make great content, thank you Morrigan.

Thanks Morr, really needed something like this. I've been emotionally burdened for the past several days despite getting 2 new part time jobs. One of my friends I knew from Marine Corps boot camp went thru with sex change (male to female) after getting sent home, despite having a horrible mom who does not support or love her and friends who barely care. She's had it real rough. Her mental state is a mess: severe depression and thoughts of suicide, multiple personality disorder with *EIGHT* additional personalities excluding the original, and that's just the tip of the iceberg from what I can tell based off of her Facebook posts and what she was like in our little group chat. Then night of Saturday Nov 11th, she was sleeping outside somewhere in below freezing weather. I wake up on Sunday to see my chat group on Facebook with messages commented by a hospital staff saying that my friend was found sleeping outside and got taken to the hospital, and chances of survival are low. At first I was shocked at how she ended up there and thought she attempted suicide, even though we spent hours the day before trying to talk to her and I even put the suicide hotline number in the chat. I realized that it was hypothermia that got her admitted into the hospital. This whole week I've been worried and not a word of news. Her family doesn't care enough to visit her and under the HIPAA law, friends can't visit her unless at least one family member is present. So even if I do somehow borrow or rent a car and drive the 6+ hours to Ohio, I can't visit since none of her family cares. One chat member said they'll call the hospital's pastoral services so that the pastor/minister can visit her. But there hasn't been any news yet. Really sorry to lay all of this on you too, but this is why I love ASMR, not only does it help me sleep faster, but calms my mind as well.

The kind of guy who was told by his father that he was a spoiled lazy brat, who was not kissed for the first time until he was 18, who first heard "The Three Magic words" around the same time. Who is going 30, still unemployed, unmarried, got thrown out of my apartment a couple of months ago.... Who really has hurt people, because he has been hurting. Who has been running from responsibilities out of fear for committing and failing. So... Thank you.

A permanent mental brand that what I did was wrong. And I will carry that burden for the rest of my life.
