If after I’ve reset how often do I have to keep doing this? I swear it’s every day that I have to adjust and then readjust.

How do I do a total reset? I want to clear out the previous owner's settings. Thank you.

To do a total reset, there's a little hole above the FAN / auto-on switch. Using a ballpoint pen or paper clip push in on it for a second or two.
