My dad ( who is blind ) never gives out money before asking me , my mother , brother or some other family member and he is also pretty organized. It's stupid to do so I don't think anyone does that.
I think it's awful that some currencies don't account for this. In the UK our notes are different sizes for different amounts so they are easily identified, newer notes even have brail on them now. I don't think blind people should be expected to rely on the honesty of strangers, especially with money.
Seems to me the people who dressed liked they had money were honest while the people who appeared to be lower class were less honest.
