I love how Jim and Dwight’s answers to Michael’s question at 3:10 perfectly sum up a big chunk of both characters personalities. Jim normally only pranks people who annoy him or he sees as jerks, which he believes justifies whatever he pulls on them. Dwight on the other hand is much more petty in nature and feels the need to do these kinds of things to re-assert a sense of dominance over them
but that doesnt mean i must stop hating the bad character... also Tom Hiddleston did a good job playing Loki and that character get more love than some heroes, even tho he was bad character most of the time

The ending of this clip has such depth. It shows Michael's character growth. He is loyal to his "friend" but ultimately, when that friend crosses the line and insults someone he truly loves, he immediately recognises the true nature of the "friend" and cuts ties.
Elisha So he truly did! I’d say his performance as Dwight Schrute is up there as among the greatest performances in history of TV. Easily up there with Michael Richards performance as Kramer from Seinfeld.
I love the little exchange between Holly and Michael at the end. “What, are you wicked smart?” “No, you are.” It’s disguised as a joke, but you can hear the sincerity in Michael’s voice. He’s acknowledging that she’s smarter than he is, and that he should have seen Packer for what he really was a long time ago. Such amazing writing and delivery.
honestly this is the moment I knew too. It was such a perfect moment that showed how they are perfect for eachother. She has his sense of silliness but helps him showcase his caring and level-headed side.

I'm so glad that Michael finally saw Packer for who he really was. In a weird way, it's like seeing someone walk out of an abusive relationship of any kind. Packer has done nothing but uses Michael for amusement rather than just treat him like a person. This is a touching scene.
