    2:24 जिसमें जल तत्व ज्यादा हो , जो ठंढी हो , जो भारी हो ।
    जल तत्व ज्यादा eg - कच्चे नारीयल का पानी , गन्ने का रस ( लेकिन अग्नि पर पकाकर गुङ बन गया वो अच्छा है कफ के लिए) , सूप ( इसे अग्नि में बनाया , 2 - इसमें मसाले भी हैं , ये कफ में नुकसान नहीं करेगा ) , दूध व इससे बने products दही आदि इनमें जल तत्व काफी ज्यादा होता है । ( लेकिन दंध में मोटी इलायची , पिप्पली , हल्दी आदि डाल लें फिर ये नुकसान नहीं करेगा )
    मक्खन नहीं लेकिन घी ले सकते हैं वो भी पकाया हुआ वा पुराना घी
    ठंडी चीजें - गन्ने का रस , तरबूज ( जल तत्व भी , ठंडा भी ) , आईसक्रीम ( हालांकि आइसक्रीम की तासीर गर्म है लीवर में गर्मी बढाती है लेकिन शुरू में जब वो पेट में जाती है तो ठंडक देती है )
    सर्दी में पैरों में जुराबें डालकर रखें ।
    गोंद कतीरा व ठ॔डी ड्रिंक
    Excess में नहीं जाना ।
    कफ व पित्त वाले ठंडी चीजें कुछ कुछ ले भी सकते हैं ।
    सूरज निकलने से पहले व ढलने के बाद ठंडी चीजों का परहेज ।
    पचने में व वजन में भारी दोनों नहीं लेनी ( पृथ्वी व जल तत्व ) ::- जैसे केला , मैदा ( जो चिपकता है ) , तला हुआ खाना । कच्चा घी नहीं लेकिन हींग आदि का तङका लगाके लें
    जिमीकंद , रात को साबूत दालें खाना , भारी खाना खाना
    कफ हो या वात दोनों में पुराना अनाज ( नया अनाज थोङा भारी होता है । दो तीन महीने बाद शुरू करें )
    आटा पिसा हुआ तो 10-15-20 दिन में use कर लेना चाहिए ।
    पानी ro वाला उबालकर फिर ठंडा करके , सोने या तांबे के बर्तन का या 15-20 दिन बाद मिट्टी के घङे का

    Thanks guru ji my daughter suffering from kapha dosha feeling fatigued after eating food. Now I have started giving her millet mmo g khichadi and lots of fruits and veg soups.

    Things to be avoided-
    1)Kacha nariyal pani (u can have paka hua nariyal)
    2)Ganne ka ras (but u can have Gudh)
    3)Dudh/dahi (dudh me peepli, halfi, badi ilaichi dalke u can have milk)
    4) makkhan ( but u can use ghee paka hua)
    5)icecream, tarbuz(watermelon),juices
    6)banana(spe paka hua kela na khaye)
    7)fried food, heavy food
    Exceptionally, if you want you can have these things in daylight.
    You can have
    Soup
    Kadhas
    Ayurvedic tea
    Massage your body in winter & wear socks. Drink warm water.

But after all these years, West is now recognizing it's mistakes after their lifestyle and incomplete knowledge is making world obese plus all other lifestyle diseases. Thank God we now at least have international Yoga Day to recognize Indian system of medicine and lifestyle.
    America's health bill is touching trillion dollars because it's every citizen is either obese or has some mind relatedly disease.

    Sir...a patient of mine cannot focus with her right eye because of squint in her right eye which was in her childhood age...was operated for squint at the age of 18 years..now she has no squint but cannot focus with her right eye and her age is 46 now...her health is perfect...please make a video for her treatment
