I have the old John Deere front rake attachment for my 14sb. Now I have it on a Honda HRX and the front wheel is adjustable. You can go right to the dirt and up here in the north north west on fine fescue with colonial bentgrass as a native grass, it picks up all the comb overs. I run it very low as height of cut is different than you. It is great that someone finally showed Red Magic's tools on TH-cam! I don't know why they are virtually unknown. Thank you.
Awesome! I had to modify mine to go a bit higher without pulling out grass. After the modification it works very well. I happened upon this one day from an online ad, never heard of them before and not much since it works well for me. I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment 🤜💥🤛
That's awesome, I have been pretty impress with it since I made the modification on mine and shortened the tines a bit. It works nicely for pulling up grass and getting me a better cut. Thanks for watching!
I saw it on a random post on FB over the winter and tried it out. Works great after I modified the tines and combs up the tall thick grass for a nice even cut. No more grass laying over and matting down.
I love it, it does a great job of standing up the grass and giving me a better cut. It also pulls up loose stuff so thr mower can grind it up everytime I mow. I use it everytime I mow with the timemaster
Sorry, I don't have this on there. Below is the link for it. They appear to have redesigned it a bit for the better and made it better. www.redmagicperformance.com/hd-rake-n-stripe/www.redmagicperformance.com/hd-rake-n-stripe/
I actually took it off when we got into the hot summer temps when the grass was getting a little stressed. I didn't want to do any damage to the lawn. I will put it back on in the fall.

So would you say this does a good job “raking” the yard for creating air flow? Getting some debris up, but obviously not to the extent of a sun joe.

Interesting, looks like it did what it was intended for. Well done review.
This looks like a nice attachment, especially in the spring time. Do you still use it during the summer heat?
