aww, thank you for your sweet comment-it means so much to me! 🥹💕 I hope the video offered some helpful tips to boost your productivity and make the most of your time!
mama thank you for existing ! i don't know how to express my feelings you really changed my way of seeing things and the thing you said that confident to say no, thankyou !! 😊😭
I was just about going to start some work (although I generally am not really energized in evenings, but I have a day job and want to help my wife with her business in my spare time), but couldn’t wait watching when I discovered there was a new video 😊 Love watching your authentic and inspiring videos, thank you! 🙏 I’m sure I can focus and finish my task now 😉
I love your videos - you give so much helpful advice❤ i tried pomodoro in the past but changed my opinion on it. I saw a video in which someone explained that the pomodoro technique does not make a lot of sense as it is scientifically proven that we can take 15 - 30 min to enter the state of flow in which we can work with ease in full focus mode. He suggested to work in 90 min blocks before starting to pause. And i must say, that at least for me personally it worked way better than pomodoro with short work blocks 😊❤
Thank you for your comment and encouragement! I’m glad to hear you’re trying to find a method that works best for you. That’s exactly why I use the term flexible Pomodoro because it’s important to listen to our bodies and adapt the technique to enhance our productivity, right? ☺️
Without any air or style very simple, honest suggestions you are giving advise, I love it my dear. Thanks, God, Bless U for ur honesty helping Motivating people to do like the Bhaktas, Monks, to be on the RITIUS PATH.

This is so cool. I naturally do one task at a time and time blocking already. But get to hear some more tips and tricks from someone who’s actually doing it too is very helpful. 😊
Thank you for this valuable information. I sat down at the computer to do work for my art business selling art via my website and was going to listen to you while I did that. Right from the beginning, you stay to do one thing at a time with focus so I listened and wrote many notes. I hope I could put all of these tips into action towards time management. Thank you.
Reading your heartfelt and honest comment filled me with gratitude. I’m sending you a warm hug for taking the tips and putting them into action-that’s such a wonderful start to anything! Wishing you all the best with your precious time as we embrace a fresh new year ☺️
I love your video! Even though I already knew some of the information, your perspective and insights added a layer of depth and inspired me to try new approaches.
Oh, thank you for your sweet comment 💕 I’m glad you found my perspective helpful, and I’m excited for you to see the impact of trying those new approaches! ☺️
Thank you so much for your video - so helpful. I think saying no is a tricky one. It is definitely needed to avoid becoming over committed, however, it is not wise to be so self-absorbed that we don't put ourselves out for anyone. I mean no disrespect. Thanks! ♥️
I love how you said to say no if it's not wholeheartedly yes. My husband and I learned it as say no if it's not a hell yes but we didn't like the term and we've been looking for a term that we like better. Yours is so much better! Thank you Liz.
That's helpful, thank you! Can i ask what you do for meal preparations, i cant see a scheduled time for that in the example you showed. I mean it takes me lots of time and effort and leaves me feeling i cant accomplish anything else
Hello! Thank you for asking such a great question! Meal planning is definitely an area where our family could improve, but we’ve settled into a routine that works for us. I’m one of those wives who keeps morning meals simple, takes care of packing the kids’ lunch boxes, and lets my husband handle the serious cooking. For breakfast and lunch, I try to provide a bit of nutrition with a basic rotation: toast, one protein (usually eggs), one fruit, and 1-2 vegetables. Rather than creating completely different meals, I simply switch up how I prepare them. For example, eggs might be fried one day, boiled another, or turned into French toast. It sounds like you’re already doing so much for your family by planning and preparing good meals. I sometimes admire moms who go all out with their cooking, but our family has chosen to keep things super simple while focusing on healthy nutrition rather than spending tons of time in the kitchen. It’s really a personal choice and priority. I’m not sure if this helps answer your question, but I hope it gives some insight into our approach! ☺️
I’m so glad you found value in the tips I’ve shared! I’ve tried both Google Calendar and Notion for time-blocking, and personally, I enjoy using Notion. A Notion video and template is definitely in the works for my future content, so please stay tuned!
@@FlourishedHopeHappened to see your videos on journaling and time management. This is a God-send! Can’t wait to see your video on Notion. thank you and great job, Liz! 😊
I really like the method you structure your videos, and the speed of your speaking. I have one question, I think that in classic 9-5 jobs (that end up being 9-7 or 9-8) pommodoro is not plausible because of others crushing in, phone calls, and visitors in your office. Has this happened to you even in the past at some point???
Thank you for your kind words, and great question! I usually use the Pomodoro method for personal deep work sessions, but I understand it can be more challenging to apply this technique in a workplace setting where many demands compete for your attention. When I worked a 9-to-5 job, I wasn’t familiar with the Pomodoro method. However, if I were to use it back then, I’d still give it a try-with a flexible mindset. I would have the Pomodoro timer on my computer rather than a physical clock to avoid loud beeps, which could disrupt colleagues or meetings. Having a timed focus session can help improve the quality of your work and provide guilt-free breaks, while still allowing room to prioritize things like meetings and phone calls as they come up ☺️
Thank you for watching. I hope these tips help you too! 😊 Creating a Notion video and template is something I’m planning for future videos. Please stay tuned!
@FlourishedHope mam i can't thank you enough, because of your videos i changed my whole routine and the great part is that i am following the routine regularly earlie i had to force myself to follow the routine. Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If you send me an email at hello@flourishedhope.com, I’ll be happy to assist you further. Just to give you a heads-up, the file you’re likely trying to open is a ._ (dot underscore) file, which is an empty Mac support file that can be ignored. I hope this clears up any confusion!
"This is an interesting perspective on time management! I've recently launched an AI scheduler that suggests ways to manage tasks effectively. I'd love to hear what you think about it. Feedback is always welcome!"
Oh, I’m sorry to hear that! I try to keep the background music at a balanced level, but I’ve noticed that where and how you listen can sometimes affect how the audio comes across. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for future videos. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Respectfully, if you have 2 school aged children in the school system and you work from home, you have A LOT of free time. I personally have 6 children. 2 in school and 4 at home, 3 of which are in diapers. I have had a season of having only 2 as a stay at home mom. You have a lot of free time.
First of all, you have my utmost respect for having six kids! I sometimes feel like my hands are full with just two! However, I don’t believe the number of children we have is the defining factor in feeling busy or overwhelmed. People without kids can feel just as tired, and those with even two can feel their plate is full. Whether you have 6 or 12 kids, life can get hectic, no matter your circumstances. I hope this video can offer insights into what worked for me in managing time more effectively while balancing life as a working mom. It’s only recently that I’ve shifted to more flexible hours. Prior to that, I worked full time through both pregnancies and with two kids. I hope the video provides some helpful tips for boosting your productivity and making the most of your time in your current situation.
I recently started waking up at 5:00 AM to get more things done in my life (before I found this video), and, all the "points" in this video were adjustments that I had made (again, before I even saw this video), since it was OBVIOUS (as is this video). This video is TRIVIAL. This video was disappointing to me because I was looking for something BEYOND the obvious. 18 minutes? Seriously?
Then why the heck did you click the video and spend the time to leave this unhealthy comment? Just don't watch it. It seems to me that you are just having really miserable day.
If you already know and do the things on the video its good for you. Thats mean you already above this video. But if you feel this is not adding value to your life, dont need to hate. This video will valuable to many people that needs it. Someone who need to start.
Your comment is a perfect example of crushing creative spirits. If you think you know better, why don’t you work hard to share value with others? It’s not easy to find videos that tell me something entirely new. But I still appreciate when people share the same ideas in their own unique tone and story. This video motivated and inspired me from the way she actually lives, NOT just know. The fact that you’re leaving such unhealthy comments shows that you have much to learn. You can’t learn from anything because you think you already know everything.

Living in a dopamine-driven society, I completely understand the stress and anxiety that can come with trying to focus on tasks. The tips I shared in the video are ones that worked for me after a lot of trial and error. One additional tip is to engage your senses to ease into a focused state. For example, calming music often helps bring me peace of mind. The aroma of a particular tea can create a comforting environment when I’m starting an important task. Listening to an audiobook for a short time can also help 'warm up' my brain. I hope these tips resonate with you and make a positive difference! 💖

😂😂😂 but here you are with a comment!
The video was very valuable to me.
Where did you get the ⏲️ timer?
The green Pomodoro clock is from Amazon. I am doing work normally on time OK, I want to work without hipper tension what trick I have to adopt?
Living in a dopamine-driven society, I completely understand the stress and anxiety that can come with trying to focus on tasks. The tips I shared in the video are ones that worked for me after a lot of trial and error.
One additional tip is to engage your senses to ease into a focused state. For example, calming music often helps bring me peace of mind. The aroma of a particular tea can create a comforting environment when I’m starting an important task. Listening to an audiobook for a short time can also help 'warm up' my brain.
I hope these tips resonate with you and make a positive difference! 💖
Thanks tremendously ma'am for your commendable clarity and stamina 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏🫡🫡🫡🌞🌞🌞📚📚📚🤳🤳🤳
