Love the look of these 567, heard from another Peterbilt salesman that Peterbilt has no plans for offering this cab and sleeper with the long hood like the 389. I'd like to see this truck with the long hood.
I love that you’re finally getting it refrigerators in them. Passenger-side tank was 135 how big was the driver side? 18,700 I’m assuming is empty weight? I would recommend putting the one antenna on the back. Electrically running 2 antennas they should be 8 feet apart . I don’t believe they are on the truck and awful close to the stacks
I'm still curious to see if Peterbilt has the plans of doing a long hood version of this truck and call it a 589 or 599. Kinda like what Kenworth has done with the W990. The 2.1 meter cab gives them that option to introduce a new model .
How spacious is the cab on the 567 and 579? Someone suggested that i get a kw or pete if i buy my own truck and i never drove a T680 or 579 and i know the Freightliner Cascadia is roomy and the Intertrashional crapstar and lt are tight compared to the Cascadia

Definitely NOT the end of the 389... It is over 40% of Peterbilt's business. The only thing that may end the 389 is the fabulous gov't we live with. When and if there is a replacement, I would bet Peterbilt will come up with a viable replacement. Until then, tell everyone who is spreading rumors of the demise of the 389 to rest easy. For those of you who truly believe they are going away....You better call me and buy a dozen while they are still available!
Cat did not give up on Pete. Cat made a smart decision to not Castrate their Engines to please the EPA. As an owner of a fleet of 23 Pre 1990 Peterbilt 359 and 379, as well a few W900 and T600's. All Cat powered with a Spare 3406B for each.
Love my W990, don't see anything wrong or ugly about it. Not to mention all the compliments and looks and stares as well as the thumbs up. Even had some W9 guys liking the truck as well.

Chris Smith My 30 day average is 6.71. Cruising at 68 mph. But I have the 500 hp X15 efficiency series. 18 manual and 3.25 rear end.
If deleted you'll be lookin at around 10mpg
