A MODEL DAY OUT on the S & D

Surviving cuts, the Somerset & Dorset Railway operates dmus for passenger travel and enjoyment. This fiction is possible in model form thanks to kind owners, their friends, and, largely, Bruce Piggotts' wonderful camtruck.

Thanks Steve. It took a long time (years) before the technology was available. Wireless cameras previously available had been subject to interference.

I'm not sure about First Great Western either - but got lumbered with them by Bachmann. If Bachmann had known FGW were about to rebrand themselves GWR perhaps they would have stayed their hand. It's a long time since I had to stand on their trains......nowadays people give up their seats for me.
