And another thing, 65k for a 2 bedroom in syokimau seems absurd but I would advise one to opt on purchasing the property instead.

You will be surprised to know that you can get a new modern apartment in kilimani or Kile at that price or a little lower.. why should I bother going all the way to syokimau at 65 geez when I can get one from these sides.
