That was Mr. Ramesh Balsekar, a mystic. He was disciple of Ichenigiri Sampraday. He expired in Bombay (Mumbai) in India.
Ramesh Balsekar, after Nisargadatta Maharaj (his guru) put the Advaita Philosophy in a very simple and helpful nutshell.
